This was the moment a suspected drug dealer threw thousands of pounds-worth of cannabis from a window in front of waiting police officers. The bare-chested man was seen tipping handfuls of marijuana from a flat above a clothes shop on Orphanage Road, Erdington, on Monday morning, November 22.
